Warlord soldier. Emir island
Hard case posse. Test site
Illuminati scientist. Microprocessor facility.
Before u rant and rave about percentages what works for one may not work for another
Here's an idea DAZZ10 before u bad mouth others get off your backside and search for them your self instead of spongeing of the hard work of others

That last is rubbish mate garrick gunner 100%, I just hit him 5 times,,, no folder
As of last night I have seen a tremendous increase in drop rate. Doing some ltq mission that required like 48 hits got me almost 35.
Lead, follow, or get out of the way!

Cannot play the Axis as my bldg are not upgr but today had a lot of folders in the Docks Commodore Amir in the Docks try it out!!!
The best one I found and still using is fallout patrol on enemy encampment
now this is more like a drop rate should be. I have TRIPLED the amount of folders in 2 days that I had!!!!

Hit the ltq targets past 20/80. almost 85% drop rate.
Dont tell them anything!!! LOL its fine the way it is. dont want them breaking it.
Just a shame it was left so late,, no one will have energy left for 24hr ltq, spending it all on finding folders
