if one day you see one or two guys with 20 - 40 guns, you know people start looting the items. However, currently I even can't loot a taxi from a mission, the dropping rate is just becoming crazy right now.

I wish you could share me the guns, not the secret. With the current dropping rate, I'm not interesting in any secrets any more. 2 days, with nearly full 1300 energy bar twice or tripple, and I got absolutely no decent loot items, even with medium power taxi 6 - 5.
All loot items I got recently come from fights with strong people.

Just test again. 700 energy all used to loot an item in one building (24 energy - I don't know what the item is, just choose randomly) in The Water Front (the third area). Still can't get a single item. This game sucks!

1500 level energy bar...tried looting the muay thai place in china town...ZILCH!!!

Updated - just tried it again, at last I got a Hudson Hornet from that place. Crazy!!!! 800 energy for a 1-1 car. What the dropping rate!

Just 411 to everyone, Funzio developers also read these posts so I am more than sure they are aware that some of there weapon secrets are being aggressively shared so I am sure they have already changed up quite a few things.
