Hopefully a mod can help me. I have two accounts and my mini for whatever reason did not receive credit for one of the syn goals and has a shovel I should have gotten that I have not. Everyone else in the syndate is 3/5 on the faction goals and my mini didn't receive credit on one of the days and is only 2/5. Now because of this glitch I won't be able to receive the big item which is really unfair. Please help I messaged gree but have gotten no reply.

Use the in game contact support to email Gree, that's your quickiest way of resolving the issue.
Add the ticket number to your post and a mod might help you out and get it sorted before the event ends
