You need to upload your picture to a photo hosting site. I use photobucket, but there are loads. Copy the direct link option of the image's URL and post it between the tags, eg

[img] http://i1278.photobucket.com/albums/...ps36d3ffd8.png [/img]

But without gaps, so

[ILikeTheAbuse]

tinypic.com gives you the code to just copy and paste.
