If you only changed phones, why not just use the Funzio ID to transfer your account?

I have lost my phone ( he wants to die) i have tryied to transfer my account to my friends iPad just for THE raid boss event, And what i get was just a New account ( New id but with THE same Apple store id) now i have my New phone, And im getting back THE iPad account, not my real account.....ggggrrrrrrr

They need your alliance id and level to help complete the transfer. Anything else you can remember about your account can help too. Also include the alliance id of the new account as well so they can verify what account you are replacing.

Also the 9digit ID of new game installed on your phone..

I m sure they will get it back for you in 4 to 5 days..after sending them this information

Happened to my friend.. He got it back in 5-6 days..
