You have to complete imperial invasion 20/20 to receive Black Ops Torrence
And complete Faction: March of the Imperi 20/20 to receive infiltrator Styman.
Then you will be able to go to 2/20 and onwards..

Great. Now I get to go fight with Gree because mine is not showing up in my inventory.
Were you faction and individual completed when you hit him to get splash screen?
Yes. But I didn't get the splash screen. My faction had just finished another of the goals as I finished this and that one came up, so I thought maybe it pushed the AoH screen out. But the unit is not in my inventory that I can see.
