Hey the exact same thing happened to me since 2 days ago!
I wasn't hit or robbed for weeks. Suddenly I started getting hit (and robbed) every minute!!
I don't retaliate to avoid getting into their hit list.
Also the robbing algorithm changed and yesterday I lost 20% of my on hand cash within minutes!! (I lost $6 million in 10 minutes).
All of this while my rivals list is way stronger than I am.
All of this does not make the game more fun or challenging, it just makes the game worse without any benefits to me

No it doesn't. It means he got an auto-response and no one read his ticket. I've noticed a huge increase in automated ticket responses recently, where I've received a long string of nonsensical or inappropriate auto-reponses when re-opening tickets like this.

i accept your input, but have reservations. While the middle finger in your suggestion is definitely larger, it's also cut off. Trying to utilize multiple lines for such textual emoticons usually comes out tilted and awkward. Simplicity, my friend.
