yes but slowly, gained 1/5mil iph in the last couple weeks. having a time mod or two really helps as I tend to finish ltb's(the ones that I can afford) with a few days left giving me time to upgrade a couple buildings, took one of my condo's from 5-8 between these ltb's along with a couple upgrades on ice cream shops. I started upgrading the current ltb about 36 hours late due to the lvl8 upgrade on my condo being unfortunately timed but I should still finish.

always have something upgrading, if there no ltb, if theres an ltb even if it is poor iph might as well do it for the cheap sstats! but yes I agree this current ltb is tooooo low!
IPH is my main focus. With these awful LTBs I have been upgrading my NCs

I've only been robbed twice since this new rivals list came out. Dunno if that puts me in the 95th percentile but I know I'm ahead of at least 75% of the game

I'm in the same percentile as you bro. Have not gotten robbed once since the new list came out.
I haven't been improving IPH due to the gain in about 1M modified stats from these past 2 LTB events.
I'm hoping the next LTB is expensive so I can take it to level 5-7 and then build IPH for the remainder duration of the event.

Just made 100K. Have only the last 4 LTBs as money buildings. I am 8mil Off 7.2mil Def. I just don't understand why people put so much emphasis on IPH. When the new LTBs come out I rob people to pay for it for the stats. Is there any other use for IPH except to perpetuate itself? Serious question, not sarcastic.
