Mods- Create New Subtopic

I recall during last raid boss, A&F or CJ asked everyone posting for Uzis or raid boss help, post in the recruiting thread (which makes no sense whatsoever, and only clogs up that thread). Of course, it was suggested back then, to create a subtopic, which was of course ignored (like most other constructive requests)...... Now, here we are again, with the first two pages of the general topic, overwhelmed with 99% of threads about Uzis and raid boss help.

Obviously as a troll, I don't really, actually care if you ever fix this, but I'm sure others would like to have a specific subcategory to go to..... As an aside, it would free things up, making it much easier for me to effectively troll.
