What is the best way in-game to get Uzi's? I know you get them at random times doing missions, but is there any other way, or a certain mission that has a higher % drop rate?

Jinxybear--Best uzi drop rate is by finishing the SLTQ. We've had good luck in my group getting 4-5 uzis per 1000 energy doing the syndicate goals.
