how do i donate tokens to my syndicate. i go to raid boss selct donate to syndicate under where it says you have 20 tokens and it takes me to my syndicate where i have no plave to donate tokens

It's a display glitch, your stats are normal.

Yes, your items will be back. If someone looks at your profile from syndicate or rivals list, they will see your normal stats and items

see mine doesnt do that it takes me straight to my syndicate bank and offers my to donate money or bricks weird

That's because they think that everyone will become mugs and actually pay 5 gold just for one Uzi. Of course the only people paying that for one Uzi are mugs. On modern war we get 10 Uzi's for 10 gold which is fair enough. As for crime city all it is to GREE (dy) is a cash cow they don't care about the people playing at all as long as the mugs that buy gold keep on buying gold.

I think you dont have the latest update installed. So you cant donate uzis and your stats have dropped. Once you update, everything will be normal.
