I've been saying they should make it one of the rewards for a high price LTB, so only people who have high IPH could get it without gold. They are the ones that really could use it the most.

But that makes too much sense.

What Gree should do is:

SLTQ Reward = -5% Upgrade Cost
LTQ Reward = -5% Upgrade Time
Do Both Reward = +1 Building Upgrade

Make it iLTQ cost 4 vaults and watch the cash roll in (in dumptrucks).

Exactly.... In KA they had a +2 building for finishing top 400 I think for war... C'mon now y doesn't gree give or pay attention to CC like they do MW or KA... They could make a lot more money if they paid more attention to CC but they have there foot so far up there you know what it's ridiculous... Plus I think more people play CC or they use to until half of us quit
