When you defeat someone with cash on hand, the formula was your level times 1000 minus 10000. Now it's your rivals level times 1000 minus 10000. So some level 94 could theoretically beat you out of 4.8 million. Your retaliation total would only be 1.6 million.
Yeah I know this is only in theory, and I can hear you saying bank your money.
It still feels like more punishment to higher level players.
