The top syndicates dont even use energy regen, they simply go through gold vaults to finish events...so its completely useless.
Energy regen was requested to help out the smaller budget guys. Put it as an attainable prize for lower spending players please!

They should make energy regen a syn bonus that can be purchased with syndicate cash. That seems logical.
If they offered energy regen mod to a mass audience, they'll drive less revenue since people will use less gold for LTQ/SLTQ.

I'm not saying to put it at level 5 of normal mode. Put it top prize of normal mode or midway of prestige. Spend a little tp get it then can benefit afterwards
