Help my faction members

[CBK]

I have 2 faction members (usernames are Fonz600 and Turbocorey) who have been trying to create accounts on the forum and are not getting any activation emails. They want to be able to be active on the forum and are unable to do so. They have tried PM multiple people along with multiple emails to support, but have not gotten a reply. Can someone please help them. you can PM me if you need additional information such as email addresses.
