If we buy the weapons with in game cash, can we own the weapons twice if we completed the SLTQ?

Is the list of bosses for the "Family" LTQ correct? Want to hit those bosses and buy the 'thug' items, but don't think the names are correct.

sorry should be 21,600 gold. used wrong gold for refill. did 25 gold instead of 20 gold.

1,080,000 energy needed for last level.
1000 energy per 20 gold fill.

1,080,000 divide by 1000 is 1080 refills needed.
1080 refills at 20 gold each is 21,600 gold.

almost 15 vaults needed.

Thugs step 11 is 4x123 10 times total. I wish this chart was complete. I want to see just how out of hand just the individual LTQ really is...

Will these NPC's still be available after the event is finished so weapons can be purchased? My gut tells me no.
