We're coming up on a whole month without a reply. Is this normal? Our last reply was something to the effect of (and this is not a direct quote) "your issue is being elevated to a Crime City Player Experience Specialist and they will reply to you as soon as possible".

I know I bring this up fairly frequently and its tiresome to continually beat the dead horse. Unfortunately, I feel obligated to do so for the 45+ members of Boston's Finest who dedicated their time and efforts to earning us that T400 position in the Club District War Event.. Some of whom purchased gold to help secure that position (myself included). Support hasn't responded for almost a month now & this is the only way I can think of now to rectify the mishap...
So, I apologize fellow forum-goers for bringing this up, but it appears that I'm out of options.
