    Weed:legal or illegal?

Whats everyone's thoughts on this? I'm for legalizing it but I don't use the stuff. I could state reasons why it should be but I wanna see what you guys think. Then I'll try to convice people who disagree(this is practice for a school debate) lol

In my opinion, legalization is by far the better option. The incapacitating effects are far less with THC than with alcohol. In the last decade I have not heard of one doctor prescribing alcohol for any form of sickness...

As a Christian I will never support legalization, but it's absolutely true that stupid drunk people cause more problems then stupid high people.

Weed actually has health benefits no I don't smoke or drink for that matter here in Australia it's and instant arrest and possible jail time for repeat offenders I'd say legalize it to 5 grams or less

I don't think it should be legal, unless you want to ban people who puff to wait five days before driving (THC stays in your system a long time). But that would be an enforcement nightmare. Insurance premiums would also go up in advance, look at the disaster that is unfolding with the experiment in Colorado. Keep it illegal, along with the "hard"substances.

    No way

Weed may not be some dangerous drug to some people but I don't want to live in a country where people feel free to use it at work or in front of children. It is just not being positive role models
