i heard someone mention it could be a pvp sltq.

eg: syndicate goal: rob 100 pawn shops.

now i never thought of this and when the person mention it i though thats a brilliant idea, and now im hoping and praying it is

They've done this only once, during the first ltq ever. And it was awesome. Not like those boring-ass energy based ltqs that came after.

They've done this in the past. The higher level players complained that it was too hard to find buildings like pawn shops to rob. It was very time consuming, just searching hood after hood to find the building to rob.

That was the worst SLTQ ever!! Many high level players don't have pawn shops or laundry mats anymore. Terrible!!!!

With the new rivals list it would change things from before. The higher levels can see more lower hoods now.
