I am in the same boat now, but have not heard back from anyone.
I lost my phone a month ago got a new phone a week later and have been emailing GREE ever since about my account finally after 3 weeks I get a reply from Shirley yelling me if I have my device to restore my date in game after I emphasized I lost my phone this was 4 days ago and still nothing no reply after replying to the same ticket I finally started a new ticket hoping to feet someone besides this Shirley someone please help I already sent them screenshots of my old and current account and bank statements bought a lot if gold in that account
