Been having the same problem, after sending in two tickets was told the engineers are looking into this issue. Has nothing to do with new data set, whether you have that or not it still shows coming soon.

Also can't buy bonuses for my crew unless I delete and reinstall everytime.
Can't play the case events. Prizes show 99999999 for everything
Stats show wrong unless I rob/attack someone
Can't see prizes after completing jobs it just shows the experience

So I get to enjoy half the game and still stay addicted to CC lol
