Honestly I think everyone gets farmed at some point, I only am at $50,000 IPH but I got farmed for 3 weeks by a guy 4 levels higher then me. It sucked, yes, but after it all it is a game and that is a feature in the game for a reason.

The only time I rob is when I get robbed, say I get robbed about 3mil, I go out and rob 10mil.. Everybody wins
except people I rob ofcourse.. they lose.

It's not right players are able to do that it was happening alot to me but now I set alarms for my high income buildings usually a minute or two before I can collect its not time consuming either doesn't even take 5 minutes it works I'm not getting robbed almost at all.
If there is a feature someone will whine about it.
I've quit robbing people entirely. Just invites retaliation by people with Less to lose than I do.
I'm curious... are there multiple rival lists being tested out there... my rival list seems to only have people that are much high in level with much lower in iph than me... and i dont have that much iph...
the only thing that saves me are timers...
The game is punishment because it's laggy it's unplayable !!!!
Since gree only wants to punish folks, instead of implementing anything new, or cool, or beneficial, then it's time to punish those with shtty hoods by instituting some sort of penalty, a reduction, based on the income difference between the robber and the robbed. C'mon gree, this would be negative toward a lot of your player base! You LOVE this stuff!
The person robbing should get a percentage of what they would've gotten had their income been equal to who they are robbing. For example: a pathetic 1 mil income worthless leach comes into my grand 50 mil hood and robs 100 million bucks from a building or 5. With this system, the pathetic leach would only receive 2 million bucks. 1/50th the income nets 1/50th the money that this pathetic worthless leach wouldve received had he devloped a hood that doesnt resemble a worthless ghetto. This is a MUCH more deserving amount for such a pathetic leach, and encourages rage quits and gold and money sales!
Gree is missing out. A chance to punish the player base and make sales! Pay no attention to anyone with a low income that wants to whine. You're good at implementing changes without considering any of the consequences.
I like the percentage based off iph idea and if the person was above your iph the amount would be your modified rob amount?
Feel like I have wasted 18 months of my life thxz for that gree
