This is designed to suck up a lot of gems, I'm sticking with the low hanging fruit, levels 1-3 of the 4 sub quests. Don't even want to guess how many gems this would require. Lvl 5 of one sub quest took 90 energy per hit and I barely scratched him with best weapon in the game.

is there a min level for the LTQ ? Just getting started (lvl 11), and I don't see it. I do see the guild one (War Effort) only. App updated and restarted - no dice.

if you are not high enough in level to have the maps unlocked required for the quest you will not be able to see the quest

Splash screen said that the final reward was 110k. The in game quest screen paints an 11k reward. Be careful before blowing gems on this, as the quest screen is likely to be the right one...

1 10 part quest
1 big mob at the end

I think pushing this 24 hr quest on us while the other one is still active might be the worst thing gree has ever done .
We can complain about bugs, unfair matchups , unfair PvP results but that is all computer/ programming driven .
This is a conscience and calculated plan by gree to make us choose between 2 quests that most of us won't finish anyway . I just wish the gem users would band together once and no one spend on this 24 hr quest ( which btw didn't laid for me until 4:30 eastern )making it a 22 1/2 hour LTQ
