This frequently happens. Give it time. Maybe even try manually updating your game.

Open CC, menu > more > about. If there's an update it will say "updating".
Not sure if it works the same on iOS.
I have nothing, it must be the usual delay, it is taking longer than usual though. Last time this happened they pushed the event until the next day

Chances are it'll come out at its regular time at 3, no need to rush it - ah crap just checked the time, yeah they're late :/

Not sure what bricks you guys are talking about, but I just finished 1/15 of the LTQ, and I got the "Hustlers Shank". It looks like a tomahawk or hatchet.... 1500 Att/1200 Def.... Stats not exact****
