just says complete all parts of Banging New Year...
If you KNOW you are going to finish the whole LTQ, then you can do beginner first, or normal. It doesn't matter if you know you are going to finish. If you aren't going to finish, you shouldn't do the beginner since normal will give you better prizes and better stats. Hope this helps.
