Wrong again..there is no cap on mods but how they effect your stats or ablilities can be different.
For example.
10% mafia attack will only increase your stats from your raw. So if your raw is 6million it will add 600k.
If you have 2 30% off upgrades it breaks down...30% off the initial amount then another 30% of the second amount. That's how you get 51% off. But if you have a third 30% off upgrades you get 66% off.

Upgrade cost - 100 - 30% = 70. 70 - 30% = 49. 49 - 30% = 35.xx

mafia attack doesn't increase your stats from your raw...
category modifiers are aplied to stats before mafia modifiers
e.g:... if your raw attack from guns is 1m and you have 100% gun attack and 10% mafia attack modifiers then your attack from guns will be.. (1m +1m*100%) x 1,10 =2.2m

Soooooo anyone know number of items needed for final sltq round???? We have it prestaged 5x but not sure if we need more? It's a ridiculous amount of energy to expect more than 5 items surely?

Not sure how many items are required, but I heard it's not 100% drop rate. Ridiculous really...

This SLTQ is another "loot" based event, which is good, but the drop rate for the items seems to vary a bit. And even though many people prehit based on Didas' list, the goals need to be done multiple times to count towards the individual goals.
