Interesting that during War saw quite a few, often on lower players. This could just be my personal experience and not indicative of how the rewards are calculated, but rarely did I see high level players with them but many lower.

Best one I saw was a player who had a 550k / 420k Unit from Scratcher....who's defense at max allies was 510K total. Must have thought he was a boss when he got that unit!
