I have been robbed by three guys today, which are all over level 200, although I am only level 106. All appear to be within my attack range.
I can also find level 200 in my rival list and I am level 154, not that I care, I make a lot of money with it hahaha

My rival list hasn't changed, still seeing my own with one up and one down. Are you on IOS?

I am on Android with the newest update installed and I see only people one level higher/lower as usual in my rivals list. That's total ****!
I'm on ios, and since last night I can now see players of all levels with similar stats as mine. Level 202, and I've seen level 48 thru level 250.

Rivals used to open up back in the day from time to time - although it was lower levels could see right to the top then. I only had it once, but got to chat with Xenoke from it (the real one that is, not the Payam false one who used to spam everybody on my wall.... and that was a lot, cos I had a very busy wall then)damnit! all of you havin fun and i can't see three levels above me

A lot of guys in my syn can see rivals of all levels too, but I can't. Is this a glitch? If not it should be available for all players.

I'm on i07 as well. I wish I could see levels above me, but my rivals list only goes one level above and one below. I want to make some cash. I'm tired of farming for victims
I'm on android and I can only see 1 level lower and same level as me. Not 1 level higher. Level 128 here

I was one of the people who tested this new rivals list, and i must say it was one of the best changes yet for the game. BRAVO, i say to GREE. before i would find people with millions attack and defense higher than me, and people with several thousand lower than me. i was either picking on someone or someone picking on me. But with the new rivals list i could finally attack the person who robbed me of several millions and win. Lets be honest here level does not mean jack squat in this game, its all dependent on the attack and defense. it sucks for the higher level with better building to get robbed, because of this rivals list, but there is no need for them to complain. crying about being robbed in Crime City is like crying because you died in CoD or crying because you have to poop after a meal... either way its part of the whole process and yes there are ups and downs to every thing but heres no need to let one robbery kill all your spirits. In all, this rivals list was my favorite change to the game, and i have been playing since september 2010, waiting for something this awesome to come along, and i hope this "beta" becomes an actual in-game thing. Well done GREE!!!!
