The Raid Boss wont come up because you have no UZI'S!!!!!!!!!!

True and very frustrating. I thought we summoned and killed more bosses than goals said were necessary in the normal mode until we got to level 17, then I KNEW we weren't getting credit for boss fights and it's all right there in our event history.
Level 17 normal requires six (6) kills of the level 65 boss. Well we killed nine (9!!) in a row but the syndicate goals list stayed stuck on 4/6 after the fourth kill. So then we finally (duh) decided to stop wasting uzi's and flood GREE with tickets instead.
This is the worst... Does anyone remember the last time we had a glitch-free event?? Because I sure don't...
