    Crime City Support Sucks

    I submitted a support request yesterday because I wasn't able to participate in the ltq. Today I cannot connect to server when trying to buy the sleigh bell house and placing it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Sent a support request. Logged into support and noticed my ltq support ticket hasn't even been looked at from yesterday. CC support sucks. No more gold buys from me. Fine business model you have CC.

    support varies from case to case. Last week I placed a ticket for a misclick and 1k gold purchase. Gree refunded my gold in a timely manner.

    Yesterday I placed a ticket to have my account transferred to a new phone. hope to hear back soon on that one.

    If i had to guess, some things take quite a bit of time to research. User experience may vary. Ive had good responses from gree lately.

    Hope you get yours resolved soon.

    What support? I thought they had auto replying bots that answer all questions but the ones you actually ask. And get any help? No way, not from Gree.

    2 days to transfer my account from iphone to iphone. I placed ticket with all the information they needed so they wouldnt have to ask for it. and bam transferred early this morning.
