How does someone finish both events and not receive the final prize. Doesn't make sense!!!
It's just so wrong that I have spent thousands into this game and there's always a problem. I'm sure that's why alot of people are leaving. This is probably my last war if I don't get my syndicate car. Finishing LTQ and SLTQ plus got nothing to show for it. Gree at it's best!!!
I'm in the same boat with my mini account. How can I obviously have both prizes and not be reward the main prize???

GREE this is wrong! Credit the players the toys they deserve after spending so much gold to get them. It's not like we are asking too much.

It takes them 1-2 weeks for an answer... Why does it take that long? Emailing takes 5 mins max

I have a ticket in as well as the forum posts with a photo. I personally have not heard anything.
I recently realized that I never receive any items from events. I started right before the Carver event and never got anything from it. I just finished our first battle. Everyone got a car dice accessory except me. I have participated in everything between Carver til now and have never received a single item. I never even found a single casino chip box. My stats are much lower than they should be because I have all lame store bought gear. If possible I would like all the gear I should have received and I wish to be able to collect the gear I will also win in the future. If this is not possible please let me know so I can just stop playing this account.
