No they are not, as the war ranking rewards you get so many boosts from your rank all the way down. With them all combined is MUCH more. A lot of guilds are starting to stop worrying about the win streaks now, as many have realized placing higher in the war gives higher stats over the long term with all the extra boosts.

The boosts are great for war time situations but are worthless for RB and EB.

They have switched to where the individual award means something too.

I remember when you would only be able to get massive boosts if you were in a high placing guild. Now every time you say "gem" you get a huge boost. Add them from top 10 on down. 5% magic def here, 2% alliance attack there....oh but if you get 10 coins you get a 25% magic attack increase AND a 20% machine attack increase followed by another event where you get a 25% infantry attack bonus. Guild no longer matters anymore, all that matters is expenditure.

Strong guild work and guild hopping still works. Just saying. Uh though yeah gems are faster growth path if can get yourself into top guilds.

True but I would say guilds are less worried about the streaks because it is now so much harder to attain it. Plus Gree is sweetening the top 10,25 and 50 rewards so if a guild has its streak goal broken, they can try to aim for a higher placing as a consolation.
