Seems that is you proceed further than you syn goal, you will still earn credit on the syn goal when it catches up. Item just needs to be in inventory to count towards syn goal.

I am going to assume 28, the syndicate goals go up by 2 each level for the first few.

i wonder if we could hit the ltq multiple times, or maybe a number of ppl in syn have to complete the ltq to receive the prize but each individual can only finish it off 1x

Apparently it's only 5 but it's not 100% drop rate.

That is what I have observed we probably had about a 50% drop rate but I am not for certain
