Go through your rivals list and check people out...........
By now, enough people have "minis" which trounce your stats. I have a level 58 mini with 2.5M/2.3M stats and $2.6M IpH. And he gets his a$$ kicked regularly by people much stronger, lol.
Join an active syndicate to boost your stats. And work on that IpH.
That IPH is awful...

The TLDR is to focus on "Type A" buildings, which are the ones unlocked by mafia counts (Movie Theater, Loft, and Night Club). Simple version of the strategy is to do MT to 5, Lofts to 3, then MT 6, Loft 4, MT 7, Loft 5. Depending on how quick you have rob / generate cash start the NC save after that (basically a $100K+ IPH is recommended). If you're still under $100K/hr bump each one more time while saving.
Get both NC's to 3 then start doing Limited Time Buildings.

I have one left level 1 and one loft level 4.
What do I do next?
MTs to 7
Lofts to 5/6
Then buy NC and upgrade to either 2 or 3(based on preference and mods)
Once you have two level 3 NCs, start buying LTBs

IPH and cash earnings are two different things. my current iph is 10 mil+ but if i had all of the useless buildings (laundros and 1 hr, 2 hr, 3 hr), my iph would have been 15 mil+ .. just saying, concentrate on 6, 12, 24, 48 hour buildings that you can actually collect most of the time.
I would love to see the math on how LMs, 1s, 2s (I must have missed those), and 3s can get you a $5M IPH.

how many times in a day do you collect mxz? or should i ask, how many times in a day can you collect? or should i talk collectively, how many times most of us can collect in a day, consistently, over a given period of time, let's say, 6 months .. or an year?
most of my builds are level 5+ (casinos, hotels, etc) and a lot of them are level 10 (anchor imports, pagodas, etc). at level 10 of laundros, 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, etc etc .. tough to boost your iph? but do we collect all of those builds religiously whenever they're up?

tzora: i forgot to add "etc" after 3s .. but you get the idea. also, while i mentioned laundros, 1s, 2s, 3s, etc, of course, i didn't mean to say level 1 of those buildings. i was talking about higher levels (7, 8, 9, 10).

(just saving the thread some extra posts, with due respect to mxznot trying to be funny, i respect mxz for his contributions and knowledge.)
All the buildings, to date, from 5 minute to 4 hour payouts, assuming Tycoon at level 10, would give you $1,171,995 IPH. So, to boost you $5M you'd need 426.6% in additional IPH mods, which I don't think exists (yet).

yes i didn't include all of the details .. when i mentioned 6, 12, 24, 48 hour builds, i meant to say any other builds apart from 6, 12, 24, 48 .. i don't even have the night clubs because i can't really collect them on time(i got only 12, 24, 48 hour builds) .. but for a lower level player, night clubs are among the most imp builds. i hope OP is getting something out of our discussion.
