Anytime I get to a goal on the individual wins, all I get is XP but no prize in the splashscreen. Is this normal, or do I need to submit a ticket?

My individual wins are off by six it is showing one number on my goal chain and one number on my syn screen with everyone's number, I have sent a ticket with pictures but I have not gotten a response
