Last one of these had players spending 2-3000 gems and not getting 10. Hope this one is a little more forgiving. Anyone wants to swap, jump by rangers and spread the wealth.

To encourage more gem spending, the timer for the box event takes more than 1 hour to count down the hour.
It took over 70 minutes for my timer to count down the 60 minutes.
That's what we call a Gree Hour, it's kind of like a baker’s dozen. Gree Motto: Start Late, F up as much as possible, Screw your customers, Make Millions! It's really a great business model
