why is that important?? you can change the name of the syndicate...
It looks like the syndicate I left last week due to players not being active. The stats and the member increase look exactly the same.
doubt it... we have 3 syndicate and we finish all events and we do great in war too... we move players from the top syndicate to help the others syndicate... I don't remember when was the last time i saw someone leave our syndicate, maybe around first or second battle. this was our 3rd syndicate we are keeping only 2, we want to keep the game simple.

I will vouch for the real bosses being a good group of players. Moriarty's Mortuary has done a few joint ventures with the lower two of the 3 syndicates they run.
