    Hello folks,
    It's been a day since I sent out a ticket in regards of my gem purchase.
    Decided to take advantage of the 40% sale and prior to war.
    I purchased some gems and guess what folks???
    No gems in my inventory... I've been waiting patiencetly as the war comes near to the end and nothing!!!!
    Had another mate who is going through the same things.
    Please fix issue before the war. Sight*** what's the point to make a purchase when u can't use them when. U want to???

    Ask your vendor for refund. Anything else is a waste of your time, and honestly Gree would probably direct you to do the same anyway.

    I've done that in the past and I set it before
    Apple evidently will take the route of banning the KA app from the store
    The lack of ownership with this company is beyond real.
    Customer support hasn't contact me after a day and a half on having issues and acknowledgement of the issue.
    In the past they were able to credit gems right away. To be quite honest I don't know what had change in regards of policy.
    This obviously should be communicated in the forums for folks to be Aware of it. I'm a gem spender, it's obvious that GREE doesn't need my business.
    Time to contact apple and ask for a full refund of gem purchases.

    After finally getting a refund on gems I did not purchase 2 days later e mail arrives saying I made 2 individual purchases of a handful of gems @ £2:49 each total owing £4:98. Order I'd MHQ3KH97TG. I made no such purchase and anyway a handful of gems cost £2:99 and no offers on at the time. I put Ina ticket to GREE and I tunes and nothing not even a reply. Normally this does get sorted eventually but this happened on the 16th of November and no replies.

    This has happened to me on many mountains and I am sure to hundreds of others...yet no one else feels so special they make a thread dedicated to their ticket.

    You are not a special snowflake. Get over it and wait for your refund.

    I'm surprise the community hasn't complaint more about this. After many purchases guess what ?
    This is a first for me.
    I know what routes I need to take in order to obtain results, there's always more than one way to get things done.
    Just wanted to make sure I voice my opion in which I'm more than entitle to do.

    If you bought with itunes credit, contact itunes support... i've had great support from them.. when i tried to buy a mountain of gems, accidentally bought gold, and they refunded me everything within a few hours.

    N thank u, I was trying for GREE to have the "opportunity " to fix the situation prior to me contacting iTunes.
    I'll make sure I take care of my purchases via apple.
    Sight*** it's that time to follow my mates on retiring from this game.

    you seem surprised that gree doesnt want to help you, they wont. just contact apple and they'll help you.

    GREE will help you, it just takes time. They gave me back my missing gems, it just took a week. When it comes to GREE patience is the key.
