Missing maurading war ship

Is it just me or is anyone else missing the maurading war ship ?
I completed the individual and faction ltq for the thanks giving event.

Raised a ticket but as usual no response

Yep..2 accounts same in the same faction. Both should have it, but neither do.

Yep, also missing the combi prize. Send in a ticket. Favtion mate also missing this unit. And I have attacked several players who are also missing the unit.

Same here, got both the siege battle carrier and advanced marauded battleship but no marauding warship. It's a big unit to lose out on and I can't understand why it didnt go to everyone who completed both missions, it took a lot of hard work to get it! Sort it out gree!!!!

Did anyone log in before the event was finished? I finished both and loggged in later to retrieve the Ship but didnt got it.
That could be the problem?

I didn't log back in until after the event was over. Sounds like this may be an issue.

I had my suspicions this could be the cause, all the people in my faction who have the ship were logged in at the time but I wasn't. So does that mean we will get it later due to the game being so patchy lately? Or will we need to fight gree to get the prize?

I was visiting my parents when the unit was awarded... same common denominator... no wifi... was not online during completion of event...

If anyone does receive the unit please reply to this thread and tell us how you worded your ticket.... Here is how I worded the ticket I opened...

We SHOULD get it. But we all know we have to fight gree for it ;<
