The response I got was from the bot saying they are having their specialist look into it. I think they use the term specialist very loosely.

Well I'll be contacting iTunes if that's the case n get my money back if they dnt give me this unit I'll retire n send all my reciepts to iTunes along with evidence from this forum

I was visiting my parents when the unit was awarded... same common denominator... no wifi... was not online during completion of event...
