Last time they didnt. I wouldn't expect the same this time.
To be on the safe side, dont fight boss's between the syndicate goals.

That's a great idea. I'll do 10-20 more bosses and see if it carries over tmrw.

It doesn't carry over. It never carries over.
When has it ever carried over? Never. Doubt it will now.

It was carried over the first event of this kind. Never say never.
no boss kills between goals never carried over... however if you failed to complete a goal in time those kills did count toward your next goal.. that was the first event like this though. Not sure if it is still the case now
