No, the normal mode is "skilled" characters and the elite mode is "Expert" characters

Elite mode of Individual and Syndicate goals appear to be 2 completely different sets of jobs. Doesn't look like there's any chance of overlapping like Normal mode.

Is there a list of the ELITE round jobs n maps for the Syndicate part of the LTQs happening atm? If its already here then I'm completly confused lol.I see the Indevidual ltq's normal n elite and also the synd normal mode but not Elite.....Hope I'm not wasting anyones time an Hope someone can help me n my synd out as we want to start pre-hitting.Thanks TKM

Many thanks for the information provided in this thread, kudos to y'all! I and my syndicate is wondering about the SLTQ elite tho 'cause we're almost there. Is it exactly the same as normal but the expert dudes instead of skilled? Don't wanna rush it and waste many many thousands of energy on wrong targets.

Looks like the "expert" title disappears when you get to the fish market and club district maps. They say "fish market manager" or "club district boss" etc etc
