I like how the near the end of the in-game "How To Play" it says, "Everyone looks forward to leveling up in Crime City!", right before it tells you,

*Attack Points will improve your chances of winning when attacking rivals
*Defense Points will help better fend off rival attackers....

Why is the rewards close to the last LTQ, but the price much higher? Bought it, but it doesn't make sense to me to get less stats for the same amount of cash.

Yea I know, if I want higher income I upgrade NCs, these doesn't exactly have good ROI... Unless you already have two lvl 10 NC, lofts etc but I doubt many of us here are in that group. I only buy LTBs for stats.
