Arms race events?????
Anyone know what's needed to complete these event ie resources etc? I'd like to get that cypher 9 guy but it seems that you have to be awake on the game for 24 hours straight! Any guide available?

Lol yes its gold that's the only way or 10 big bases and don't sleep for 24hrs even then its near impossible without gold.
