    You can do both! They will both give you units. The normal one would give better units than the beginner though.

    jrb, I'm not sure if you can do it easily. I would export it to "formatted text" then paste the formatted text within a code block, which is how I did mine. (I don't actually have a spreadsheet, I'm just using a text file. #oldschool)
