iOS Blitz 3 war graphs
A number of the usual top guilds decided not to spend for this war, which made it interesting to see who would move up. No big fight for #10 this time... as of around midnight Pacific time, the guilds below #10 appear to have decided that two additional fusion boosts wasn't worth the trouble.

We haven't had enough blitz wars to really define "typical." Top ten range is remarkably close to blitz 2, though:
