    They might not be in Europe but they have existed in the land that Europeans have not discovered yet. Yes even during middle ages.

    I'm just curious, did anyone get the Chief Mage eventually? Was it just an unreachable bait?

    Nope

    I tried, even put alarms at night, got 17 of those silly fruit baskets and 5/8 units collected, of which a lot where mushrooms and mages. I tried with gold, no gems. In the future box events like these will be a break for me, that unit was nice but not worth the effort nor my free time.
