Mini on iPad has been able to log in since the beginning, main on iPhone can't. Same wifi. It's not just a server issue, but it's definitely still going on.
It is time to cancel battle and refund gold spent by players. Longer this drags on there will be no other equitable way to solve this problem.
I just heard from my friend : Gree had to remove a bunch rented servers from there server farm due to the high level of refunds. This was to offset costs but should not have impacted the service as they were redundant back up servers.

Two profiles on iPod touch can get in no problem. Profiles on iPad and iPhone, cannot log in.
Yep same boat as some of you guys. Every single one of my buildings have been up for grabs for hours. I will have lost millions. Same happened when gree decided to take servers offline few weeks back.
Identical iPads. One can login (CC), the other cannot (CCHD).

This is farking ridiculous! My syndicate has over half of its members unable to log in which is causing us to lose. Gree, for the amount of money everyone spends on this game you really do not do anything to help us out!!!
I can't get in with my iPad. It just says connecting and it goes on swirling for the next 3-5minutes and if I don't close it, it might go on forever.

Wow... I am an IT engineer and am amazed this is still happening... My systems are up 99.9% of the time and the users still are outraged when there is downtime.... This is just unacceptable by all IT standards.
I bought gold minutes before the crash... We then lost to a team that we should have destroyed after 90%+ of our team could not even help.
In all fairness I was just able to connect to a server... Unfortunately it was not GREEs server but a much nicer server that refunded my money for gold purchased...
That was a good customer experience.
