    Gree !!!!! Has your support team quit ????

    So instead of helping you shut the thread down ? How many accounts could you have transferred in the time it took you to reply to post and close the thread ? If even one it would be helping right ? We are customers are we not ? I just do not understand this. Please help me to understand this logic. I'm not trying to be an ass or start a problem but how many players are gonna miss out on this war due to being lost in limbo waiting to be transferred. I've missed the last two events and now will miss this war.

    i think they have. its probably all automated now lol.

    i sent in a simple question the other day and got the famous
    "restart your game or re-install it to fix the problem and contact us if that doesnt resolve the issue" lol

    then got the survey.

    all of that for a question

    WTF gree. where is the customer support (or whatever you call it)

    i miss a war a little while back due to this. it took gree 3 weeks and 4 different people to transfer my account. each time i emailed them, i gave them all the required info

    -last known login
    -char ID # and spelling of game name
    -last known level
    -new ID # and game name
    blah blah blah

    3 weeks man...

    all i can say is GOOOOOOOOOD Luck brother

    I am also waiting for my game to be transferred to the new iPad. Looks like I will miss Italy? Maybe it's time to retire? Well, it is what it is.

    yeah, those automated replies suck, they should update their bot who sends out those automated replies. If in my ticket it was in a word boss, I get automated reply about stuff that has nothing to do with my problem/question. I still think if they could find a person who COULD READ (and understand what they are reading), then they would get answers too that would solve problems.

    Right now they have just autobot sending answers that has nothing to do with question

    I remember transferring between iPads used to be easier. There was this button for iPad users. Not sure what happen and it's gone now.

    Similar problem. Ask for a simple transfer and my character has been "lost" in the cloud for over 3 weeks. No personal response, no "we will help soon", only a generic "your issue has been transferred to an account specialist". That was 2 weeks ago. I'm about ready to walk away from this game. It's unfortunate. So much potential.

    Wow - I thought the other thread under this same name was encouraging - at least there was some interaction from. Mods trying to help. I'm. Sure if people could focus on keeping the comments positive - perhaps the mods can leave a good thread open and show us there is a support team working in the background
    Don't whine about a problem unless you're prepared to offer a reasonable solution.

    Look at the other thread. Gree was helpful. They said they are trying to make the process easier, but they asked you to send a ticket. Why would you start this thread?

    Now that you mention it I remember seeing Gree was involved in the healthcare.org fiasco. Thanks for pointing that out
