Zero kills = no jungle dragon??

So, some of my guild mates were asleep and had no time to contribute to the boss kills due to time zone. Lo and behold, they wake up to 10xp and no Jungle Collossus. No help tickets have been submitted yet, but is anyone else experiencing this!?

have them reload the game 3-4 times, the game has to download the current data sets every new event. when they first log on for a new event it always does that. After resets check inventory, if not there then they maybe out of luck and need to send tickets to gree.
